** By filing out this work order you give management authority to enter your apartment at any time do to the repairs requested. **
Work orders flagged as Emergency / Urgent will result in immediate staff response. What constitutes Emergency / Urgent:
1. Water leaking or flowing;
2. No heat during winter months;
3. Fire, carbon monoxide, or moisture alarms are sounding;
4. Safety and/or security concern.
Staff responder will determine if the work order was not an emergency. If staff was dispatched and no emergency was found the person who filed the work order will be billed for all hours and mileage relating to the response.
We request that Work orders designated as Emergency / Urgent also be reported verbally by contacting on-site staff, security, office staff, or the afterhours answering service. Thank you.
